[OSGeo Vietnam] Translation of Sol Katz Award wiki page

Hello OSGeo-Vietnam,

Is anyone interested in translating the Sol Katz Award wiki page into 
Vietnamese?  It has just been translated into French and Japanese (see 
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Sol_Katz_Award#Translations_of_this_page). 
It would be great if it could be translated and distributed on this 
email list.
