Sample template

Attached is a sample of the brochure template, ready for critique.  I will 
continue to revise it and will add some real content shortly.

We can talk about it too during our call, but I'd like to get at least 3 
specific criticisms or changes that you would make and getting them in an 
email would be helpful.

If someone with a good colour printer could print it and review the output, 
that would be helpful too.
