2006 edition of EuroOSCON. If there are changes or additions before the

know. I'd be happy to help alert the press and to post press releases

To let media know that you are making an announcement at EuroOSCON, you
may wish to include a EuroOSCON dateline on your conference press
release,
for example: "O'Reilly European Open Source Convention, Brussels,
Belgium,
19 September 2006."

If you have media kits, press releases, or other information for
journalists, please feel free to place them in the Press Room (Astrid,
on
the first floor of the hotel). The Press Room will be available Tuesday,
19 September through Thursday, 21 September.  

To schedule a private meeting room for interviews with journalists,
please
feel free to book the Press Meeting Room (also named Astrid, right next
to
the Press Room on the first floor of the hotel). To reserve this space
in
advance of the event, send a message to me at suzanne at oreilly.com with
your company name, names of the participants, date, and starting and
ending times of the meeting **by Monday, 18 September.** To reserve this
room starting Tuesday, 19 September, simply sign up using the form on
the
clipboard posted just outside the door. The Press Meeting Room will also
be available Tuesday, 19 September through Thursday, 21 September.
