[VisCom] Presentation Templates

Hi Arnulf, mpg,

I have fixed the (for me) annoying problem that "Times" font was
predefined in the template. Please update the template in the
OSGeo library, grab the new file here:

http://mpa.itc.it/markus/osgeo/
