[Viscom-dev] contact database

Hi Viscom,

this might be interesting for OSGeo or other geospatial projects as
well. We started to collect contacts on the GRASS wiki where we can send
press releases and find some people who translates them.

I will try to build up a webbased front end for the database in the next
weeks. But maybe it should be hosted on the OSGeo- PAge somewhere.
