I think we are doing really well on this front, but it's also what  
you do after you get some booth space that can also add up, depending  
on the venue.  That's pretty much where we are at right now - hard to  
take the gift of a donated booth if you have no funds to dress the  
booth right, have an internet connection, ensure volunteers are  
available, ship booth material, etc....  Hence the fairly loosely  
defined VisCom budget since things vary from event to event quite  
easily.
