Hi Kevin,
Great! Thank you for the interest.  Are you comfortable with LaTex  
layout already?

As we get some more editors signed up we'll have to start our own  
list, I think, and then discuss further there.  If you have any ideas  
send them our way.

I've added you to the wiki page for the Newsletter, under 5.2.  You  
should register for an account if you don't have one already.
