Ok, I'm off to a conference tomorrow and there until the 1st, so I don't 
have time to make a proposal.  Could someone take the lead on that?  I 
imagine the best thing to do would be to keep it pretty vague.  You're 
welcome to use the one from last year as inspiration:

Though in retrospect that probably should have been more vague, since we 
ended up doing gvSig instead of uDig.
