[OSGeo-Edu] Education committee/ BoF meeting/workshop in FOSS4G2006

Hi,

I have made a cleanup of the
 http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/Template:Event_Timetable#2006
and removed the shadow pages (merged + changes to redirects).
Also created a new page
 http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/OSGeo_at_FOSS4G2006
for easier planning.
