could you please get a hold of Claude and Dave and guide them trough their
mailing list subscription? I had to figure out myself even after you
explained it.

Hi Michael,
good to have you here. I think we have a team of five people now and
should get going. What about the phone meeting, do you have skype access?
I'm boring old arnulf_christl.

It would be good if we could just describe the steps involved to get into
the mailing lists in dry words in the Wiki. Should probably be coordinated
with the WebCom.
