Hey,
me too until a few weeks ago. But it really is easy once you have your 
HW up and running. We are not going to call in but use the Skype 
conference functionality as it is free of cost. To be able to connect 
you should request to be seen by me, just enter me as a contact, I am 
arnulf_christl. 1/4 h before official start we can try out whether we 
can connect to each other. Then we will "create" a conference, thats 
basically clicking on a few contacts and then "start conference".

In my understanding we have one hour to go. See you then (and please 
read the long email that I am going to send out in a sec).
