[VisCom] OSGeo tag line pre-selction

I tried to raise this on IRC, but no one was home. :-(
So, before anyone starts voting and things get confusing, I'd like to
make a motion that we go ahead and do the pick-10 process as already
started by Daniel, and then just append "The Open Source Geospatial
Foundation" to the resulting list.
(I haven't reviewed the (long!) list of contenders yet, but I'm already
leaning towards Peter's idea.)
