Folks,

I would like to upload the GRASS Newsletter PDF into Drupal.  Is it reasonable
to upload large-ish documents like this directly into Drupal or should we be
looking to stage them externally?

If it is reasonable, how do I upload it?  Under "Create Content" there
does not seem to be any appropriate document type.
