[Web Comm] Testing the web committee list

Perhaps the Web Site Committee link in 
http://www.fossgis.de/osgeo/index.php/Committees shouldn't point to the 
motion but to the web site committee page at 
http://www.fossgis.de/osgeo/index.php/Website_Committee.  I'll change the 
link but feel free to change it back if you think it's not appropriate.
