Folks,

I have written up my initial understanding of how the news will work at:

As you can see, there are still lots of holes.

Jason, could you make me a project owner for news.osgeo.org so I can make
a mailing list, and stuff?  Also, I would like "developer" or whatever gives
svn access on www.osgeo.org when you are able to do that.
