Public GeoData Position

Daniel,

I'm still not seeing the public geodata statement on the front page.  I
had been hoping it would be up as the top news item by the end of day
Friday.  Is there anything holding back publishing?

Other items I am looking forward to shortly:
  o Publishing the mission and goals document.
  o Creation of the fundraising.osgeo.org project.
