[Webcom] Lorenzo Becchi as new member

Following on this, there is some work around spotlight formatting  
that Lorenzo can do but he needs shell access to modify the template  
files.  I suggest Lorenzo file a Trac ticket for SAC to create him an  
account.  Make sense?
