[Webcom] regarding changes of header image on main server

hi all,
As per frankw's instruction i have done changes on test.osgeo.net for
removing blue header image.
changes are done on test server.i have made changes in two css files
and putted logo image in image folder.
you can access website using http://test.osgeo.net
now, i am waiting for updating this changes on main server.if this
looks okay to all of you, then i can proceed towards main server.
