[WebCom] A few updates

As you probably already notice, Igot the wiki logo updated as well.  I just micmicked the previous layout so it would fit in nicely with minimal fuss.  What do you think?   The space is somewhat constraining.  Let me know if there are any problems with it or any improvements that could be made.

I've done a wee bit of tidying tonight including:

Wiki:
  o Stripped collabnet related stuff out of the WebCOM TODO wiki page.
  o Added a few transition related issues (privacy policy, terms of use,
    feedback)

Web site:
   o Added links to the trademark guidelines and faq from the about page
     (new legal section), the Logos page, and added a corresponding question
     in the main FAQ.

   o Updated sponsorship question in FAQ a bit and pointed to the sponsorship
     page.
