 Hi,

 please move the page contents of
 http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/Membership_Rules

 to
 {{{
 http://www.osgeo.org/content/foundation/about.html
 -> Section "Bodies"
    -> Membership Rules
 }}}

 and substitute the Wiki page to a link to the Drupal page.

 This is relevant for the new charter member elections since
 the nominees ask what's involved. So we need to point them
 to a static page.
