Jason,

I think many of us in this committee are also in VisCom.  Although I 
don't exactly see how this merger would consolidate the tasks between 
the two commitees, there's definitely close linkages.  I can also see 
the conference committee being included here.

So, +1 and I'd like to hear what others in this committee (and VisCom) 
have to say.
