Not sure whether the rest of the page is "open for comment",
but the second 'block' in the right sidebar, titled
"OSGeo Foundation", is not needed, as those four links are
already in the top 'block' in the right sidebar. Same thing
with the 7 links in the bottom "OSGeo Community" block.
