[Webcom] Membership Management Application

Folks,

For some time now (6-8 months?) we have had the desire to build a modest
web application to let people sign up as members of OSGeo and to keep
track of various memberhship details.  The requirements and some ideas have
been listed at:

Amr Mostafa (amostafa) is potentially willing to help build this in PHP
within Drupal, so I have created a ticket for the task:

   http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/90

While this this task pretty much sits on the boundary between SAC and WebCom
I've taken the liberty of treating it as a webcom responsibility for now
since it lives inside Drupal, and is an outward facing part of the website.

Anyone interested in encouraged to add yourself to the cc of the ticket.
I believe that Tyler and I will be working with Amr on requirements, and
reviewing.

Amr will initially do some prototyping on test.osgeo.net, and there should
be an opportunity to comment by webcom before things go live.
