All the upgrading is going to be done on test.osgeo.net. And then final
testing before getting everything back to www.osgeo.org (this includes
all the project websites currently running Drupal).

So if everything goes bad, all I need to do is rollback the databases
and we can start from scratch at a later time (if time runs out).
