[Webcom] Website upgraded

Hi gang!

I'm happy to announce that I have upgraded our websites [1][2][3][4] to
Drupal version 5.3!

I'd like to move these to the osgeo1 server ASAP, so please go and have
a look NOW. Please report anything odd / broken and I'll fix it.

If nobody objects I will transfer this to the main site _tonight_ at
16:00 CET.
