[Webcom] Stepping up?

Hi all,

I have been spectacularly deficient in my role as chair these last
several months, and am worried that this is stifling potential interest
by others.  Since I have been unable to devote time to this project, I
would be happy to step down if somebody else wants to take the role and
run with it.  I don't mind staying in the role either, but don't foresee
being able to give it the time that it deserves in the near future.
