 The pb is that there currently does not exist an optimal CSS class for
 such a table (see for instance when using an existing class:
 http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/Francophone/MapGuide_Open_Source/Installation_MGOS_1.2.x).

 We could for instance use Wikipedia table model. (see CSS below).
