[Webcom] civiCRM layout

FYI - I was installing the civicrm module in drupal to allow  
management of memberships, donors, etc.  Hopefully in time for us to  
have something at FOSS4G for visitors to 'sign up as a member' on.

But a few of the default forms had some issues that Lorenzo's been  
investigating for me.  Thanks !!
