[Webcom] Translations and translator roles...

Hi all,
In order to help me focus on some of the higher priority tasks on my  
plate, I'd like to be relieved of any role in assigning/managing  
translators on the web site.   Would someone else like to help with  
this?  Otherwise I will just start to forward requests (a few per  
month) to this mailing list.  I put together the translation process  
page and made a video tutorial:

It's not a lot of work and doesn't need shell access to the server,  
but is an increasingly important part of the system.  There are some  
troubles too which I haven't had the time to try to improve.   
Ultimately I can't afford much time on the web site itself in general  
either, but translations is one of the more active areas at the  
moment anyway.

Thoughts? Interest? :)
