Cameron,

Joining webcom and getting web authoring rights just to remove that entry seems
like overkill.  Also, I haven't removed it yet because I was waiting for
broader discussion on how we retire projects.

I'm still not clear whether we want the retired projects removed from the
main page or pushed down into a retired category.
