[Webcom] Stepping down as WebCom chair

Hi Jason,
I see Webcom is not such an exiting committee as could seem Marketing or 
SAC, but, thanks to your guide too, has been doing what necessary since 
now (IMO).

Could you please tell us which are the motivations of your decision 
(don't need to explain personal motivations, naturally)
:-)

I don't think I could do better than you, so if nobody applies I would 
love to see you there chairing again.
