Dear Matteo,
I love Chris's PlanetOsgeo since long and I like your proposal.
A Planet is a cool overview of the community.

It's not clear to me if you are intended to moderate posts on that 
Planet. Aren't you?

I don't like the idea to moderate but if we have to do it, I'll help you
