For most blogs, you can specify an RSS feed for a single tag if you
would prefer.  For instance, if you look at the current OPML file you'll
see that I've chosen to do this:

http://planet.osgeo.org/opml.xml

shows:

http://www.jasonbirch.com/nodes/category/open-source/feed

If your software supports this I'm sure that we can accommodate you :)

OK, can see that. There's no way to do the opposite? Add a tag that  
avoids inclusion? :-)
