[Webcom] FAQ Update

Folks,

I took an action item to update the OSGeo FAQ at the meeting.  I understood at
the time that there were some tickets related to this in Trac but I don't see
any.  Does anyone have pointers to specific issues about the FAQ?  I'm sure I
can freshen it up a bit on my own, but I recall folks raising some specific
issues in the past,and I'd hate to seem them go unaddressed.
