There is a link from http://www.osgeo.org/osgeo_userid to get an OSGeo userid
which can be used with the main Drupal portal (as well as with all OSGeo
hosted SVN and Trac instances).  This userid still needs to be provided with
additional priveledges in Drupal to be able to author and edit materials.
