Comment:

 Whoever has power to upgrade the wiki to a new version has power to see
 that file.
 Also that file is just a standard MediaWiki file that does not get
 customized by any program.

 Anyway, there are lots of Google results for the keywords in the error
 message... must be a common problem.

 Anyway, in my wikis, I don't load up on the extensions, (but as my wikis
 are Chinese, I just filter on "no Chinese? must be spam"...)
