 Installation of a Mediawiki extension to display a Usermap and maps of
 every users home location.

 Tasks:
 - Postgressql installation (Martin)
 - editing of the mediawiki settings (Martin)
 - documentaion for using the extension (Christian)

 Note: In the installed version on the OSGeo wiki are some major changes to
 the UserLocalization extension
 (http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:UserLocalization). You can find
 the actual code at: http://christian-willmes.de/software/userMap.tar.gz
