Yep, it's better.   For some reason, the border at the bottom is only
displaying for the width of the "get involved" section, but that's
reasonable.

It think it's cool that we're spreading some of our page rank around to
self-identified OSGeo bloggers.

Should be better now, I hope, at least it is with IE 6.
