[Webcom] Different menu items for local chapter pages

Hi Jo,

Sorry for the delay... I've been a bit busy so I missed your response.
Anyway it is now done. When you do add more pages, before you save you
can scroll down to the "Menu Settings", expand it and set the parent
item to "UK Local Chapter" and it will show up in the menu. (Tip:
there are a lot of entries in the parent menu dropdown, but the UK
Local Chapter is the first one startng with a 'U', so you can press
the 'U' key and it should jump to this entry.)

As always, if you have any problems, don't hesitate to ask for help.
