[Webcom] OSGeo Portugal chapter - not listed on OSGeo

I notice the Portugal local chapter is not listed here:
http://www.osgeo.org/content/chapters/index.html

This is despite having over 200 members on your email list (quite 
impressive).

I assume that you would want someone with webcom permissions to fix this 
to reference http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Portugal

PS, I'm also looking for a Portuguese translator for our FOSS4G press 
releases. Would you like to recommend someone. Tomorrow's big press 
release to be translated is at:
