 - the [http://grass.osgeo.org/wiki/GRASS-Wiki GRASS wiki] has a nice "in
 other languages" toolbar in left panel of page
  - [http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/OSGeo4W our wiki] is missing this toolbar
  - we should add the mediawiki extension

 LanguageSelector]
    - for now I've added a manual link to a Japanese translated page
