 OSGeo-fr (Francophone local chapter) created a website to share
 information about the legal association of the Francophone OSGeo
 Community.

 We need a Drupal instance in order to be hosted by OSGeo, a drupal
 template wil be used (display at http://osgeo.gloobe.org/drupal/).
