[Webcom] Updating our Web Site?

Thanks for the tips Cameron.  

I've outlined several steps off-list to those who have shown interest in 
helping (and been working on some wiki pages too).  I'm not making a broad 
appeal for desperate help, but just trying to keep things moving at a 
convenient pace.  

I haven't heard that no one is prepared to get involved, but rather that a few 
are interested but suffer for lack of time now and then.  Hope my email didn't 
look like I was complaining or begging - just giving the list an update on 
progress.

When we get to the point of needing some help with new content or tweaks here 
and there, for sure we'll need broader help and will get that documented.
