[Webcom] Logging OSGeo-UK IRC channel

Dear All,

I'm not sure if webcom is the appropriate place to ask this, but I was
wondering if it would be possible to set up logging for the #osgeo-uk IRC
channel, like at http://logs.qgis.org/

Could someone let me know how we go about setting this up, or where I need
to go to ask?
