[Webcom] Language issues on web site

Hi Arnulf,

I have tried myself to translate the first page and I didn't get any 
trouble.
Which means that this was a translator error.
I am now planning a translation workshop to train the people involved on 
this project.

I will keep you posted on how this goes. :)
