[Webcom] Updating FOSS4G 2013 logo on foss4g.org

Dear webcom,

Would it be possible to update any logos for FOSS4G 2013 on OSGeo.org and
foss4g.org with the approved one, which you can find in various formats
here: http://2013.foss4g.org/Style/

The dates probably ought to be added to the calendar too, but I will submit
that properly :-)
