[Webcom] Replace new IGN sponsor logo

Hello Web Committee,

Vincent Picavet recently pointed out to me that the IGN logo on our
sponsors page (http://www.osgeo.org/content/sponsorship/sponsors.html)
is old, and a new one now exists (see
http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Institut_national_de_l%27information_g%C3%A9ographique_et_foresti%C3%A8re).

I would like to replace that logo, I do have admin rights to the Drupal
interface, but that page points to an iframe to a file:
/files/sponsors/sponsor_logos.html

Option 1: WebCom takes this issue and someone with knowledge and time
replaces the logo.

Option 2: Someone can respond here with steps for me to do this.

I'm happy with either option.  Thanks.
