[Webcom] Updating the OSGeo Journal Web Page

I've been asked if we can host the files for the original GRASS
newsletter (which became the OSGeo Journal). There are only 4 PDF
files I can easily host on the Journal SVN.

However, I'd like to link to them from the main OSGeo Journal web page:
http://www.osgeo.org/journal/

I also need to make some other updates to that page.

I know I've asked a while back, but can someone tell me how I log-in
to edit that page?
