 Suchith (on behalf of the ICA-OSGeo Lab network) has asked me to add a
 link on our main osgeo.org page:

  - under "OSGeo Community" section on left panel
  - between "Education" and "Blogs"
  - add "Geo4All" --> http://www.geo4all.org/

 I can do this myself, but I wanted to follow proper protocol by creating a
 ticket.
