 When a users searches the [http://www.osgeo.org/search_profile Service
 Provider] pages, it would be valuable to explicitly state (at the top of
 any search result) that search results are in no particular order or
 preference.  Or for the search functionality to specifically by a non-
 subjective field and state that as part of the search result.
